Monitoring Services offered by Control Room cater to more than just security because risk comes in many forms including Fire, Flood, OH&S and Litigation. Following are some of our more common Services;
Alarm Monitoring: Formats Include Contact ID, IRFast, Ademco, 4+2, 1400Hz, 2300Hz, SIA-Modem etc.
Visual Verification: OzVision has been integrated into our Monitoring Software allowing video streams to be actioned with intrusion events and stored in the client’s historical data for later retrieval.
Call Centre: Our trading name “Control-Room” is generic and this is used to answer all incoming calls, we therefore become your company control room.
Welfare Checks: Services are currently utilised by Static Guard Sites, Mobile Patrols, Lone Employee, Aged Care Workers and Drug Rehabilitation Workers.
GPS Tracking: Control Room utilises top of the range VMI (Vehicle Management Interface) products to track and produce a variety of reports including the validating of Security Patrol Services.
