Q1 Will I be bound by any form of contract?
No! We prefer to stand on the quality of our service and only enter into contracts at our Client's request.
Q2 I have my own 1345 numbers, is this acceptable to the Control Room?
We recommend utilising your own 1345 number(s) for security and portability and can assist you to obtain these if required. Talk to us about redundancy and rebate options.
Q3 What is the minimum number of lines that you will accept?
Everyone needs to begin somewhere and we want to encourage those who are new to this section of the industry so we require only one (1) paying customer line (this would exclude the Bureau’s own business or home).
Q4 Will you provide temporary monitoring services where our Government contracts require it?
Yes, we accept that most Government contracts have specific monitoring requirements that we are pleased to assist with.
Q5 Do you have special rates for temporary Government contract monitoring?
Yes, these are negotiated to suit the individual contract requirements but a rule of thumb is 50% of your invoice (monitoring) total to the customer.
Q6 How secure is my customer data?
Each Bureau is our Client and as such, their (and their customers) privacy and confidentiality is paramount to our reputation and success – access to this data is strictly controlled on a need to know basis via Policy (employee confidentiality agreements etc.), Data Encryption, Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and a Man–trap to the Control Room.
Q7 Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes, we are here to assist twenty four hours a day with anything that will give you and your clients peace of mind. It comes down to a mutually beneficial partnership - if your business is growing then so is ours.
