We are regionally based - as with most regionally based businesses we identify and empathise with clients as individuals (as opposed to the larger Metropolitan Monitoring Centres where clients are treated as a number).
Our focus is on communication and rapport – a major advantage in client retention. Redundancy in power, telecommunications and information systems to four levels with State-of-the-art backup and emergency equipment reduce the risk of possible outages. Extensive DR (Disaster Recovery) policies and procedures, which even cater to the worst Natural Disasters imaginable. Our Control Room is based on over 35 year’s International and National experience in the security industry (Primarily building, upgrading and developing procedures for National Monitoring Centres). We are based in Toowoomba approximately 1.5 hours from Brisbane. Close enough to a major centre to have quick access to the latest technology and support, whilst far enough to retain our regional identity. Toowoomba is one of the largest inland Cities in Australia with a broad selection of people and businesses – providing ample resources.
